I am currently an Assistant Professor of Practice in Cybersecurity at 橙子视频app, bringing over 30 years of experience managing and securing large-scale, complex networks across academic, military, and commercial environments.
My background includes:
- Technical degrees at the associate鈥檚, bachelor鈥檚, master鈥檚, and doctoral levels
- 30+ years of experience in network design, cybersecurity, and IT operations in higher education, private industry, and the U.S. military
- Over 20 years teaching undergraduate and graduate Computer Science and Cybersecurity courses in in-person, hybrid, and online formats at institutions including 橙子视频app, University of New Hampshire, University of Southern Maine, Southern New Hampshire University, Army Command and General Staff College, and American Intercontinental University
- Extensive leadership experience, including presentations to senior government officials and field commanders, up to the President of the United States
- A proven track record of implementing innovative technologies and policies
- Service in high-pressure environments supporting military operations both domestically and overseas
- Graduate of senior Department of Defense leadership programs
- Years of international experience in the Middle East, with professional and personal travel to 58 countries
- Expertise in cybersecurity, physical security, and technical security assessments
- Holder of a Top Secret Department of Defense security clearance, with experience supporting IT systems at the Pentagon, and during deployments to Afghanistan and Iraq
