Suzanne L. Thistle, MA, MLADC, has over two decades of experience treating substance use disorders. Her employment included clinic manager, supervisor, and clinical and executive director of two agencies. Additionally, she received the 鈥淟ifetime Advocacy,鈥 鈥淟egislative Advocacy,鈥 and the 鈥淭reatment Agency of the Year鈥 awards from her colleagues in the addiction profession.
Currently, she鈥檚 an author, educator, and consultant passionate about helping people with substance use disorders. Her writing reaches people worldwide and offers actionable advice that leads to lasting change. When she鈥檚 not working, she spends time with family, hikes, and enjoys beautiful Newfound Lake.
